Investment and rental potential of new launch condo Carpmael Thirty-Eight

Trends in the non-landed properties in district 15 where 38 Carpmael Road new launch condominium is located has been doing well.

There’s been a pick up in sales volume to about 100-200 units per month since the beginning of 2017. This has coincided with a pick up in price per sqft to about SGD1,400.

There was a low of about SGD1,100 in Jan 2016, but prices have since recovered.
