Based on information released by the government, here are new launch developments that have unsold units as of Nov 17.
Information comprises all types of housing – non-landed, landed, strata landed and EC.

Kingsford Waterbay, with a total of 1,165 units in the project, has 204 units that are unsold. In Nov, units moved at a median price of S$1,346 psf. Kingsford Waterbay is at Serangoon.
The next project with the second highest number of unsold units is Queens Peak. At 736 units, 181 are unsold. In Nov, units moved at a median price of S$1,694 psf. Queens Peak is directly beside Queenstown MRT.
Parc Life is the project with the third highest number of unsold units at 124. The project has 628 units and all has been launched. Prices moved at S$809 psf in Nov. This is because it is an Exec Condo compared to Kingsford Waterbay and Queens Peak.
Grandeur Park Residences is next with 115 unsold units out of 720 in the project. Untis moved at a median price of S$1,409 in in Nov. Similar to Queens Peak, Grandeur Park is located right beside Tanah Merah station.
I personally think that Queens Peak and Grandeur Park Residences are good buys for the fact that it is sited near an MRT station.

Grandeur Park Residences is likely to have rental potential to those who work at Changi Business Park while Queens Peak will have rental demand from professionals at the Global Indian International School, Alexandra Hospital and NUS.
