Here are a few private Executive Condominium projects with sales worth nothing in Dec 2017.

In general, median prices for ECs sold in Dec 2017 came in at between S$761 psf to S$861 psf.

The EC which had a transaction with the lowest price was Singature at Yishun with S$722 psf. The highest was The Brownstone where a unit moved at S$962 psf.

From lowest to highest average prices transacted in Dec 2017, we have Signature at Yishun, Sol Acres, Westwood Residences, The Criterion, northwave, Inz Residence, Parc Life, The Visionaire and The Brownstone.

In total, there were 100 EC units that were sold in the month of Dec 2017.

Signature at Yishun (at Yishun St 51) saw 25 units moved at an average price of S$761 psf, with the highest being S$861 psf and the lowest being S$722 psf.

The project that had the second highest number of EC units sold was Inz Residence at Choa Chu Kang Ave 5. 22 units were sold at a price of S$808 psf, with the highest being S$853 and the lowest at S$808 psf.

Together, Signature at Yishun and Inz Residence moved close to half (47 units total) of the number of EC units sold in Dec 2017.

The next project that had the 3rd highest number of units sold was Parc Life at Sembawang Crescent. 17 units were sold at a median price of S$815 psf, with the highest being S$896 psf and the lowest at S$757 psf.

The Brownstone had the highest median price per sqft of transactions in Dec 2017 at S$861 psf. The project’s location of being only a 5 min walk from the upcoming Canberra MRT is a major factor as to why sale prices were higher than other ECs around the island.

At the Brownstone, transacted prices went up as high as S$962 psf, while it was S$793 psf at the lower end.
