Kent Ridge Hill Residences is located in Pasir Panjang and will greatly benefit from the Greater Southern Waterfront City in the government masterplan.
The City Terminals in Tanjong Pagar and Keppel and Pasir Panjang port terminals have been slated to move to Tuas so the transformation of the area will benefits residents in Pasir Panjang.
