Le Quest condo at Bukit Batok West Ave 6 is being launched once again by developer Qingjian.

Stopped for sale since last Aug 2017 after all the launched units were snapped up, this is the chance for buyers to enter the property market before prices rise even further.

In Aug 2017, 280 units were sold at an average price of S$1,280 psf.

Many of those who turned up were hopeful of getting a project in the Western part of Singapore and to ride on the potential of the High Speed Rail and Jurong Lake District story.

The take up of 280 units was actually an oversubscription as only 200 units were initially released for sale.

Those who are still interested to purchase a unit in Bukit Batok should be getting ready!

The showflat will once again be opened for preview and cheque submission on 12th/13th May.

The booking day of units will be on 19th May.

This means to say, come down to the showflat on the 12th/13th of May, see which units you like, put down your cheque and get yourself a ballot number (so-called 4D ticket).

On 19th of May, balloting will be done. If your number is called, congrats and you’ll be on your way into the showflat to select a unit.

If you’re the first among everyone on 19th May to be called, you get a full spread of all the units to choose from. If you’re one of the last, the choice units may have been taken.

Nevertheless, the most important thing is to get a ballot number (by placing a blank cheque with the develope on 12th/13th May).

No dollar amount will be written on the cheque. The only things that need to be done on the cheque are

  • Cross it
  • Cancel or bearer
  • Date the cheque
  • Put the developer’s bank account details (to be provided on the day itself)
  • Write your name, number and NRIC on the back
  • Sign the cheque

In exchange for this cheque, you will get a ballot number, to be called on 19th May.

What’s so good about Le Quest?

Le Quest is one of the rare few projects that was released for sale in Western Singapore, hence its strong take up.

The condo is a mixed development with F&B, retail shops, supermarket and a shopping centre.

The showflat location will be beside Dulwich College.

The actual condo location is about 3 mins walk away.

Anticipated pricing

The likely launch price of Le Quest’s second phase will be in the S$1,400 psf range.

As a reference, Twin Vew’s units (located near Parc Riviera and at the doorstep of Jurong Lake District) were majority sold out at about this price range.
