Parc Esta, the former Eunosvill HUDC, is located right opposite Eunos MRT station. It is bounded by Sims Ave East and Jln Eunos.

Unit mix
There is expected to be a mix of 1-5 bedroom units for Parc Esta.
1 bedroom units will range from 400 to 527 sqft, 2 bedroom units will range from 581 to 958 sqft, 3 bedroom units will range from 904 to 1,152 sqft, 4 bedroom units will range from 1,119 to 1,1410 sqft while 5 bedroom units will be from 1,399sqft to 1,604sqft.
Maintenance fees are all below $200 which is fairly reasonable. Only the 4 and 5 bedrooms are $230 per month.

Site plan
The site plan above gives your a good idea of how the units will be laid out. All the units at Parc Esta are North – South facing. There are no units with direct west sun.
North facing units will face towards Eunos MRT station, while South facing units will have unblocked landed views of the landed enclave of the Joo Chiat and Marine Parade enclave.

Transport
Parc Esta (ex Eunosville) is located right beside Eunos MRT and less than 3 mins walk away.
The condo is 1 MRT stop from Paya Lebar MRT interchange, which brings you to the orange line. From there, it is 4 stops to Serangoon, 6 stops to Bishan and Bayfront (Marina Bay Financial District).
Eunos MRT is also 5 MRT stops from Changi Airport.
The nearest upcoming MRT line is the Thomson East Coast Line. There are 2 stops, Marine Parade and Marine Terrace towards the East Coast area. It will be about 15 min walk, but provides even more connectivity to those living in Parc Esta.
